Cm required for buoyant and well respected Local house builder - Kent based £competitive salary & package

Contracts Manager required by a Kent based house builder. With a rapidly growing order book and equally ambitious build targets they are considered one of the fastest growing house builders in the region. Working on new build residential schemes in the 30 - 200 unit mark, projects are typically located in the Kent area -With approximately 12 schemes currently on site and a further 4 imminent. Due to several large contract awards and in line with the structured expansion plan they now seek an Experienced Cm to join the senior management team
Your new role
As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations on 4 -5 Projects. Reporting to the construction director you will be managing site teams, health & safety, build quality, contractor's compliance to programme and budget and generally ensuring the smooth running of the projects in association with the Commercial, Technical, Sales and design teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the importance of the role and current volume of work it is essential the successful candidate can hit the ground running and make a meaningful contribution to the business from day 1. As such interested applicants must demonstrate clear experience of managing multiple projects in a contracts or project management capacity ideally within a volume house builder or larger contractor.
