Assistant Site Manager required - Cambridge

An Assistant Site Manager is required to work with a national residential developer on a major project in West Sussex. The project itself is a major site so there is plenty of longevity there for any that are looking for work in the home counties.

As an Assistant Site Manager duties will be the following:

* Ensure that the project is delivered in line with the initial drawings and specifications
* Monitor progress of the project against the programme & update progress to senior staff
* Check quality and quantity of incoming deliveries and ensure all paperwork is maintained
* Liaise with and manage all subcontractors on site
* Ensure all health & safety on site is adhered to by direct staff and subcontractors



The ideal Assistant Site Manager would hold all relevant qualifications, we are willing to look at experienced Finishing Foreman from residential backgrounds looking to make the next step in their career.
