Your new company
A leading Housebuilder operating across the Kent and greater London area now seek an experienced site manager for a new build Residential scheme in Bromley. Working on projects of between £20 - 100 million works are typically private new build residential schemes predominately apartments with occasional more traditional projects. With a large amount of live sites plus growing Landbank they are expecting to expand continuously over the coming year and are keen to bring in experienced site managers to help deliver their award winning schemes.
Your new role
As Senior site manager you will initially be working on an ongoing new build residential scheme in Bromley, the project is a £15 mill RC frame development aimed at the private market - (90 apartments), You will be number 2 on site reporting to a senior PM, you will be comfortable with sub contract management, overseeing health & safety, Short term programming, chairing progress meetings, day to day troubleshooting and generally ensuring the project is running to time and budget.
What you'll need to succeed
A stable site/Project management background with clear experience of working on larger residential schemes, Apartment block experience would also be a bonus. Interested candidates will also be comfortable with the paperwork and processes associated with working for a blue chip Housebuilder and be happy to follow them. 1st Aid, CSCS & SMSTS essential.
