CC Flint & Co are a rapidly growing insurance broker with offices in Orpington; Kent.

Due to continued expansion of our Commercial Motor team we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Trainee Broker role.

Requirements
A minimum of A-C Maths and English GCSE or equivalent is required.
Previous office experience is preferable but not essential.

Principle duties

• Responsible for % of existing motor fleet renewal book.
• New Business sales support & after sales administration
• Mid-term adjustments & administration
• Motor claims administration
• Dealing with general post in accordance with office procedures
• Effectively managing individual and team diaries
• Provide customer service support through inbound and outbound call handling
• Cross selling other insurance products

Training and Development
Flint Insurance focuses heavily on training and development and a full induction and training plan will be provided to successful applicants. All staff can study for professional qualifications such as, Cii (Chartered Insurance Institute). Each placement provides employees to continually develop their knowledge and personal skills which could result in opportunities in other areas of the business.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday: 9am – 5.30
or
Monday – Thursday 10am – 7pm on shift
Saturday - 9am 12.30pm
