Our Private Clients Division are currently recruiting for a Trainee High Net Worth Insurance Broker to join one of our fastest developing accounts, based in the Orpington office.

As a Trainee High Net Worth Insurance Broker you will be advising on the insurance requirements of a range of clients high net worth individuals with considerable personal portfolios.

As part of a small team you will be responsible for the maintenance, administration and retention of the existing account with a training plan to be a part of the future growth through new business and portfolio management in accordance with the company set targets.

Principal Duties and Key Tasks
• Converting new business enquiries in line with or in excess of company targets
• Converting renewal business in line with or in excess of company targets
• Incoming and outbound call handling (new and existing clients)
• Meeting all company set targets and objectives to achieve department growth
• New Business Quotations
• Sales support/administration for account executives.
• Mid term adjustments
• Customer service
• Corresponding and communicating with clients and insurance companies
• Maintaining day to day Compliance procedures for FSA Regulation

The ideal candidate will have a proactive "can do" attitude and a flexible approach to work, good interpersonal skills, be numerate, literate, self motivated and organised, along with the ability to work closely with our panel of specialist insurers.

Full and funded training will be provided to Cert CII level and additionally our in house training programme will teach you every aspect of the customer journey and insurance broking.

Hours of work are:-
Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm or 10.00am to 7.00pm (on rota)
Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Saturday 9.00am to 12.30pm (on rota)
