Senior Build Manager (no.1) : Award Winning Regional Contractor: Maidstone, Kent : £60k basic + package

Vacancy: Currently seeking a Senior Build Manager (no.2) on a £19m New Build Education project in Maidstone, Kent. You will be the Senior Build Manager reporting to the site based Project Manager. You will be responsible for an Assistant Build Manager

Client: Award winning regional contractor with typical contracts valued between £5Million to £35Million. Contracts including leisure, retail, education and healthcare predominantly in Kent. Down to growth within the business and securing this new contract they have a very exciting Senior Build Manager position available.

Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will have a solid background & proven track record in sectors including - Education, Retail, Commercial, Leisure & Healthcare.

Candidates Experience:

* Previous experience working on commercial/educational contracts for a main contractor is desirable
* Hardworking and dedicated
* Managing Sub Contractors
* Experience using programming software (ASTA, Microsoft Project)
* Strong organisational skills with a strong methodical approach
* Strong knowledge of the construction process
* Relevant Degree educated is desirable

Qualifications:

* Ideally: Degree/HNC/HND in Construction
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Excellent organiser

Package:

* Basic Salary up to £60k
* £5.5k Car Allowance or choose from an extensive company car list
