Telephone Sales Executive - £23,000 basic, plus bonus

Our client a large distributor and manufacturer is looking for an office based Outbound Sales Executive to join their team

The team is a growing bunch who are target driven and motivated sales people who work hard but also like to have fun!

The role is will involve Account Management of the company's existing customers as well as prospecting for new opportunities.

* Outbound and some Inbound Telephone Calls- 60-100 calls per day
* Contact existing customers promoting the product ranges
* Prospect for new business within the database
* Making new contacts and starting sales process to win orders
* Cold Calling from bought in lists looking for opportunities
* Qualify new enquiries quickly and efficiently and handle internet enquiries
* Offer all customers excellent advice and customer service

Person Specification
The successful candidate will come from a strong sales background within a Business to Business environment.

* Great Telephone Manner with good IT skills
* Energetic and Resilient and self-motivated
* Professional and Reliable
* Great team player and committed to achieving team target
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


Working hours: 09:00 - 5.30pm
* Days: Monday to Friday
* Holiday: 20 days
* Attractive Bonus Scheme (up to £1000 per month)

*Due to the location of this client, you must have your own transport.
