My client is a Kent based, multi-sited business, looking to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner to join their HR team. 

Initially on a 12 month basis to cover maternity leave, you will provide a proactive, hands on and customer centric HR service to specific areas of our group. You will support the implementation of wider HR initiatives and policies, building people capability in line with the group strategy and business objectives.

This is a fast paced and rewarding role, working with senior stakeholders throughout the business providing you with the platform to excel and to progress in your HR career.  You`ll forge close working relationships with business leaders to understand their objectives and support in the best way possible for an HR perspective.  You`ll look to educate and develop managers understanding of HR best practice, leading on any complex issues where necessary. You`ll ensure that any updates on employment law, HR practices and processes are implemented across your business areas.
