My client is looking to recruit a 12 month HR Advisor to join their HR team. The department prides itself on offering a `best in class` provision to the business, with a focus on a valued-added, efficient and comprehensive service.
The role focuses on developing a strong business partnering relationship and offering knowledgeable advice and insight to line managers on areas such as ER, recruitment, HR policies and procedures and wider employment law. As part of a wider brief, you`ll also be part of ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
Applications are sought from HR candidates, with similar broad advisory background combined with previous CIPD studies. Demonstrable experience of managing recruitment cycles and ER issues is of paramount importance. Experience of working within a professional services environment will be a real benefit.
This role is offered as a 12 month contract role.
