My Client is looking for a Customer Care Assistant to work within their Health Trust in Aylesford, Kent.
Job Details
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 11/8/17
Days: Monday- Friday
Hours: 0900-1700
Pay: £7.50 p/h
Job Summary:
-Taking calls competently from patients and booking appointments using Excel.
-Calling patients to re-book and sending reminder texts/making phone calls for appointments.
-In addition the role will include data entry so attention to detail, confidentiality and excellent communication skills are a must.

Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Word
Telephone skills
