Watts Farms is a family-run business which covers 10 sites in Kent, Essex and Bedfordshire. Supplying 600 high end restaurants and hotels in London.
Our busy warehouse is seeking new staff to cope with a growing number of orders. Applicants must have previous fork lift driving experience and be prepared to work in a team environment. The jobs are based in Dartford and after the initial training period, the work consists of moving goods in the Pack-house using the fork lift.
What are we looking for:
> Valid Counter Balance licence - Flexi licence is desirable but not essential.
> The ability to drive a fork lift to a high standard
> Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues.
> Fresh produce knowledge is an advantage.
> Previous experience within a similar environment
What are we offering you?
Starting Salary - £18,720 per annum, this will increase to £19,250 after a successful 3 month probation period.
Working hours – Shift pattern with a 5 day rota. Average of 48 hours per week, Start time is typically 06.00 a.m.
Holiday – 31 days (inclusive of bank holidays)
