This is great opportunity to join one of the UK`s leading financial service providers, in a role responsible for providing self-managed end-to-end change to the Identity Access Management function with ultimate delivery and support into IAM/ IDAM Operations, ensuring information security policy and regulatory adherence. Ensuring delivery of new or change services, fully integrated into the in-house or outsourced service delivery team, a strong background in Identity and Access Management change delivery across IT infrastructure and technical knowledge of Active Directory is essential.
Job Description
Ensure access management systems are updated to reflect new, change or retirement of services to enable regulatory system audits to take place.
Act as a technical point of contact for the function specifically BAU request management and toolset usage. Also provide consultancy on implementation of change into existing process.
Support monthly system admin / configuration activities as required in line with system changes from projects or business change.
Identifying data quality and system issues for new or changing services and rectify within agreed timescales.
Deliver the access management design and build into BAU of new systems coming into the organisation.
Support the IAM/ IDAM Operations Analysts with 3rd line escalations outside of defined process or knowledge through to resolution. Ensure knowledge is then in place to prevent reoccurrence.
Provide 24x7 on-call support as per a shift rota for urgent request fulfilment (any IAM Operational request type), Incident/Change resolution or application/project release or deployment.
Support the Service Desk strategy (increase in self-service adoption, up to date knowledge etc.)
Assess new systems to ensure they meet technical BAU IAM requirements; this includes supporting strategic programmes that may be introducing new ways of working.
Provide technical support escalations relating to Identity Access Management for infrastructure components such as wintel, linux, unix, Solaris and database.
Identify opportunities for improving service operations processes to drive cost and process efficiencies.
As a member of the wider Service Integration team, support operational priorities and assist other teams across the department where required. There may also be a requirement for business related travel.
From time to time non-standard hours of work will be required to meet significant operational workload across Service Integration e.g. Incidents or complex releases into the live environment.
Requirements
Previous experience of working in a specific Access Management change based role - suitable to an enterprise scale FTSE100 business.
Ability to demonstrate experience of working in an outsourced supplier model.
Experience of working in an ITIL model.
