Carlton Recruitment is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team based in Canterbury. The successful candidate will need to be positive and willing to work with a reliable and organised attitude, along with a confident and professional phone manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Meeting Senior Company Directors, Project Staff, Clients & Visitors
• Taking messages
• Admin duties
• Filing
• Booking Meeting Rooms
• Sorting post
• Scanning
• Day-to-day running of the office including Reception duties, e.g. answering telephone, dealing with enquiries, providing information and greeting visitors
• Organise and provide refreshments and prepare the Meeting Rooms in a professional manner
• Maintenance of stock levels including stationery and refreshments
• Arrangement of travel
Personal Specification
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Pride in personal appearance
• Good organisational skills
• Customer Focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Able to work autonomously
• Ability to deliver under pressure
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritise
