A great opportunity to join a brilliant organisation as part of their Scheduling and Coordination Administration team. If you're looking for a fun and enjoyable team environment with a good social scene with excellent progression opportunities, then this would be great for you.

General duties:
- Coordinating external tasks and appointments
- Scheduling visits and appointments
- Processing Orders and Cancellations
- Processing paperwork
- Dealing with customers via email/phone
- Dealing with queries/problems
- Data management
- Gaining a technical understanding of the business
- General administrative cover when necessary

The ideal candidate would have:
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Efficiency in working
- Common sense
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous office experience

Working Hours: 9:00-5:30 Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. You will also be entitled to a benefits package and 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays you may also have some evening and Saturday work on rota basis.
