An Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Secondary School in the Tonbridge area require a Cover Supervisor for a fixed term contract from September 2017. This is a seven month contract initially, however further opportunities may arise as the School expands.

This is a full-time position that involves supervising KS3, KS4 and KS5 classes and is a great opportunity for newly qualified teachers who are looking to develop their classroom management skills without the work-load that a full-time teaching role demands.

The successful candidate will be joining an established and supportive team in a modern setting with exceptional facilities in West Kent. You must be highly skilled at motivating, engaging and building rapport with students. Pupil behaviour can be challenging, therefore excellent behaviour management skills are also essential. You will also need excellent organisational skills as well as the ability to solve problems quickly.
