Software Project Manager - PRINCE 2, AGILE
Ashford - Own Transport Required
£25,000 - £35,000

This is an exciting opportunity for a project manager to join an expanding forward thinking software house based in beautiful premises in Rural Ashford. Due to their location you will need your own transport. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project work including definition, planning and resourcing. The projects will be large scale varying from £200k - £1m. You must understand formal methodologies and have experience managing the delivery of projects within budget, time and quality requirements
Responsibilities:
· Liaise with the project team and stakeholders to drive project requirements
· Communicate/Collaborate effectively with other departments
· Responsible for the production of project documentation
· Manage and monitor project progress and budgets
· Manage go-live planning
· Communicate contingency plans to stakeholders to manage risk and problems
· Organise team meetings
· Review projects post-implementation
Experience Required:
· 1-2 years+ project manager experience within the software industry
· PRINCE 2 / PMI Practitioner, or another project management qualification
· Experience working in an Agile environment is an advantage
· Must be proactive
· Impeccable communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Must be a problem solver
