Responsible for planning and implementing digital marketing strategies for our growing client base, this senior but hands on role will successfully deliver our ongoing digital services including SEO, PPC and social media advertising.

Who are you?
You are an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running. You will have a minimum of three years experience with creating, executing and managing PPC campaigns along with a solid working understanding of Search Engine Optimisation and Google Analytics.

You have good written skills and can generate creative content with an eye for detail, enabling you to work autonomously. You have a likeable personality and be confident in presenting proposals and reports to excitable clients.

You are organised with an eye for detail and are type of person who enjoys the challenge of an agency environment, working on multiple client accounts and given maximum responsibility to achieve both deadlines and targets. You work hard to achieve successes that you can be proud of, in the knowledge you have happy clients and you have contributed to FINALLY as a whole.

What does the job involve?

This Senior Digital Marketing Manager role is all encompassing and involves planning, implementing, maintaining and optimising PPC and Shopping advertising campaigns, as well as affiliate and SEO. You will:

- Develop, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns including keyword research, ad copy, landing pages, bidding, budget management and competitor analysis.
- Leverage unique content to develop methods for providing digital marketing campaigns for our SME clients.
- Be responsible for client website SEO and goal-setting based on site impressions, click through rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
- Be given the freedom to devise innovative concepts to gain traction in a very competitive environment.

What are the requirements?

- Minimum of 3 years search marketing experience with PPC and SEO, agency experience is a bonus.
- An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running PPC campaigns.
- Google Qualified Individual.
- Understanding of Google analytics and other web analytics packages.
- Is commercially astute, identifies and suggests opportunities.
- Possesses strong business writing skills and able to produce high quality documents.
- Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Exhibits a high level of attention to detail.
- Is confident and articulate in meetings (internal and external).
- Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery.
