The systems team is responsible for supporting the main CRM application as well as a number of other developments.
The successful candidate will receive hands-on experience in an organisation which is driven by a sense of purpose and an appreciation for how technology will shape the future. You will be responsible for providing delivery of the overall service, managing end to end delivery of small systems changes.

You will be responsible for:
Providing reporting for the overall service,
Managing the end to end delivery of small systems changes
Working with end users to define requirements and manage expectations
Assisting in preparing and delivering service review, while working with project teams, suppliers and end users.
Supporting projects and delivering software changes to existing systems.
Identifying opportunities by working with end users to improve service delivery.

As part of the Systems Development team, you will have an understanding of the coding aspects of the IT systems for which you will receive training. This role offers the opportunity to lean technical aspects of the role at each stage of the overall systems management lifecycle, along with developing wider personal skills through stakeholder engagement and team participation.

You must have excellent grammar with strong verbal and written communication skills. You must have clear written and spoken English.
You will have an analytical approach to your work and have the ability to work to tight deadlines as well as having a high attention to detail.
You must have experience of Microsoft Office but also be confident enough to take on new and bespoke systems as well.
You will have a willingness to learn new skills and technologies quickly and you must be motivated by constantly expanding your knowledge.
You will be a confident and friendly individual with the ability to speak to people at all levels of the organisation in a professional manner.
The role would ideally suit a college of degree level applicant who has a keen interest in service delivery and technology.
