I’m currently working with a Primary School in the Canterbury area who require a year five intervention Primary Teacher five mornings a week. This is a challenging role and so you will need to have good classroom management and a calm nature.

If you are a highly experienced Primary Teacher in Key Stage 2, have good experience with KS2 and are looking for a part-time position with no planning then please get in contact or apply directly.

To be a successful Intervention teacher you will need to:
- Be a newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education.
- Have the ability and experience of teaching in Key Stage 1 & 2.
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour.
- Have a creative approach to teaching.
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
