Administration Assistant required in Rochester, Kent on a temporary to permanent basis!
Hourly Rate: Minimum Wage
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Start Date: Week Commencing 26th June 2017
End Date: 30th June 2017 (Could be longer depending on work load)
The successful candidate will require the following attributes:
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise whilst multi-tasking.
• Responsible for answering a high volume of calls and dealing with a variety of requests.
• Ensuring that company relationships and SLA’s are looked after and adhered too.
• Data entry and booking training courses.
• Responding the internal and external emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and stay focused.
• General office administration duties such as filing, scanning, etc.
