Customer Operations Agents
Dover, Kent
(Fixed term contract, unspecified hours)
As a Customer Operations Agent you will be providing a high standard of customer service whilst processing tourist traffic in a safe and effective method through the Port of Dover as required.
To be considered for our role, you will have and can demonstrate:
─ ability to follow written instructions
─ numerate (GCSE Maths or equivalent) and able to reconcile cash transactions
─ pro-active in dealing with queries
─ effective communications skills
─ previous customer service experience or work experience in a similar role
It would be advantageous if you have:
─ NVQ level 2 in Travel and Tourism, or equivalent
