Senior Level Motor Insurance Pricing Analyst - Leading Personal Lines Insurer
We are currently recruiting for a senior level pricing analyst to join the high performing pricing team within one of the most trusted names in the UK personal lines insurers. Working within a dedicated, friendly team, this role is focused on motor insurance product pricing, for well-loved brands distributed through multiple distribution channels including broker, price comparison websites and direct. We are looking to recruit experienced insurance pricing professionals, so previous experience in an analytical pricing function for general insurance product lines is required. Operating at senior level, the successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate prior experience assisting junior analysts with their work in a coaching or mentoring capacity.

Previous experience using SAS, Emblem and Radar will be highly beneficial, however comparable packages (e.g. Earnix, Rate Assessor etc.) will also be considered.

Responsibilities as a Senior Motor Pricing Analyst:
Assist in the production of Technical and Street/ Market price for Personal Lines Motor Insurance products through Analysis and Price Modelling
Performance monitoring and segmentation analysis in order to identify opportunities to increase the commercial performance of the products
Present analysis to various senior stakeholders within the business to ratify recommended price changes
Coach & mentor more junior analysts and aid them in the delivery of their pricing projects
Lead larger pricing projects with autonomy

Requirements:
Mathematical/ Statistical Degree
GI Pricing experience
Excellent communication skills
Leadership Capabilities
