Job Description
Working closely with the lead developer you will be developing, maintaining, and improving the company`s VisualFiles platform and associated software required for effective everyday business operations.

As part of a team you will ensure that all development of co-ordinated work is completed to a high standard, within agreed timeframes, providing regular, and accurate updates as you go.

Contributing to the overall improvement of the IT and development function, you will assist in the resolution of VisualFiles issues, ensuring changes, or developments are tested before being released.

Your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
-Development and Maintenance of the VisualFiles Platform and associated systems and integrations (where appropriately skilled)
-Production of Development Scope documentation when the change or upgrade to the system is of a larger nature.
-Prioritising and resolution of VisualFiles/Development support calls.
-Provide continued training and knowledge share with members of the Development Team.
-Take an active role within the VisualFiles User Group.
-Provide training on VisualFiles and associated software with other Staff members.
-Liaise with External Suppliers and Companies where appropriate.
-Contribute to Continual Improvement within the IT Department and Company.

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have experience in the development and maintenance of all areas of a VisualFiles platform as well as associated systems, WebServices, and other web technologies. You will be confident in providing telephone support to calls relating to issues with systems.

It is essential that you have first class communication skills, the ability to prioritise a heavy, and varied workload, and delegate to junior staff members where necessary.
