Administration Manager - Full Time - Horsmonden, Kent
• General liaison for secretarial and coordinating functions
• Deal with all general office correspondence and queries
• Seamless daily organization for the efficient functioning of the office
• Arrange all aspects of travel arrangements for staff business
• Monitor and order stationery
• Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
• Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative systems
Would also be required to maintain and keep up to date the Transport paperwork (will be shown this)
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with Sage accounts system
• Understanding/experience within the Asbestos industry would be an advantage
• Excellent telephone manner, organizational skills & attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a high pressure environment
• Neat and well presented
Salary - £24,000-£30,000 (subject to experience)
Hours - 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
