To Lead and provide high quality operational application and systems support to business users, in addition to developing and maintaining business critical applications.

Responsible for application development, support and maintenance.

Own the problem management process, ensuring goals are achieved, adverse business impacts of incidents and problems are minimised and recurrence is prevented.

Develop and maintain up to date knowledge on the use of applications, development of systems and ICT best practise within a housing sector environment and a wider context in order to recommend new technology and implement developing best practice.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum A-level or above.
Project Management - Agile, Prince2 or similar.
Microsoft SQL 2008/12
3+ years hands on within application support
2nd/3rd line experience in administrating Windows SQL Server 2008/2012
Experience in SQL query building
Experience in using Microsoft SSRS reporting services
Lead business analysis of key business processes
Lead project management
2nd/3rd line support experience
Working knowledge of Java and ASP.Net
Sound working knowledge of application programming interface (API) development.
Hands on experience of developing information management systems; orchard preferred.
Strong problem solving techniques, as well an excellent understanding of the social housing sector.

Clean driving licence and own vehicle for travel between sites.
