This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join an excellent company who are looking for an experienced Customer Service support to join their fun team.
The job role will include:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Administration duties
-Processing orders
- Amend schedules loads
- Cross reference paperwork
-Assist with the Customer Service Coordinators
Required skills:
-Excellent attention to detail
-Accuracy
-Previous Customer Service experience (1 year)
