Mechanical Site Manager



Salary: £40,000 - £45,000



Location: High Wycombe (London projects)

Mechanical Site manager required for large M&E Contractor to work out the southern office, covering projects in London. They have an excellent list of clientele. They have a planned turnover of over £100m for 2017.

Offering a combined M&E service a for new builds and fit out in the government, commercial, health, hotels, education and retail market sectors.

Duties:



* Supervision of all Mechanical sub-contractors on site
* Ordering of all materials
* Managing the H&S on site and maintaining the H&S paperwork for monthly audits.
* The running of site inductions.
* Assisting with value engineering where possible.
* Reviewing, maintaining performance and quality. Whilst trying to reduce cost.
* Procurement sourcing and developing agreements.
* Assisting the Mechanical Project Manager



Ideally candidates will come from an M&E sub contractual background and have a good mix in the industry sectors.
