A school in Sheerness are seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team. This position is a permanent post and is to begin in September 2017 working five days a week in a ‘Good’ Ofsted report School.

Both NQTs and experienced Teachers can be considered for this role. The correct candidate is very important to the School and they want to make sure the setting is correct for the candidate also.

The School is based near the town centre of Sheerness. The school aim to provide a safe, exciting learning environment which allows children to aspire to be the best they possibly can. The school is one-form entry where the teachers work as a team to provide the children with the same education across the two forms.

The school day starts at 9.00am and finishes at 3.30pm teachers are asked to arrive between 8.30 and 8.45 to prepare lessons for the day.

The ideal candidate would need to have recent teaching experience, Strong classroom management skills, can promote cultural development, and Close the gap in performance of all pupils with special educational needs or disabilities.
