On behalf of a client we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a Client Services team in a Digital Marketing Agency.
You will be owning, managing and developing clients and proactively adding value to a predefined client base to ensure that their clients achieve their business aims and objectives.
You will be the main revenue generator and planner within a project team, who also manages, plans and produces marketing campaigns for a set client base, and you will ensure that customer service and customer satisfaction are always top priorities. You will proactively look for new business opportunities in order to add revenue to your team.

Your day will consist of working very closely with your clients both on and off site taking responsibility for your clients individual and collective spend with us and ensuring you really understand your clients business and add massive value to them as a partner and digital consultant leading their marketing strategy across all digital marketing channels.
You will be experience in the Digital Marketing sector and preferably will have experience of life in an agency or with an organisation where you have had multiple internal clients and projects to work on. You will have previous experience of managing web site builds – preferable large scale projects.
You will have exceptional strong communication skills both written and verbal, able to present confidently to large and small audiences. Utilising technology to professionally present to your clients and potential new clients.
Good relationship building skills – able to build and maintain credibility, work with integrity and professionalism. Great attention to detail, be analytical, able and experienced in producing costings, estimates and tender documents. Be very technology savvy and be able to convert your client’s ideas into commercial briefs and project plans.
