Working within a specialist field, this role is a maternity cover contract for approx 12 months.
The successful candidate will have a BEng or equivalent in mechanical or automotive fields, with some practice and hands-on experience, particularly in the development of test equipment and instrumentation.
The role includes:-
Development of test equipment, instrumentation and execution of physical testing
Interpretation of test data, synthesis of results and reporting
Preparation of CAD models and prototype drawings using Solidworks
Execution and understanding of simulation models
Input and evaluation of design improvements
Competitor analysis
