My Client, highly regarded East Kent organisation are recruiting a Resourcing Advisor to work closely with recruiting managers to ensure recruitment campaigns are managed in line with best practice and making sure that all recruitment in your own portfolio is completed effectively to attract excellent employees. You will report to a Resourcing Partner and liaise with internal stakeholders to develop and manage effective working relationships across the group. Candidates should have relevant experience in attracting, selecting and appointing staff across all levels of an organisation, knowledge of UK legislation and associated immigration matters, knowledge of equality and diversity matters as well as excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
