Our client, a prestigious automotive company, is currently looking to recruit a part-time Receptionist/Customer Host to join their dealership in Ashford, Kent.

You will be responsible for welcoming customers in a professional and friendly manner, handling incoming calls, assisting the Sales team in the showroom and undertaking general administration duties.

This is a part-time position where you will be required to work 24 hours a week. The shift pattern will include:

A Saturday rota
Early, middle and late shifts between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
There may also be the opportunity to work additional hours to cover annual leave, training and other staff absences.

Your day to day duties will include:

Greeting customers, personalising their visit and passing them on to the relevant department
Logging sales enquiries
Providing refreshments
Operating the switchboard and passing on messages to relevant staff
Maintain the reception/Café area
Assisting with other administrative tasks when required
To be successful you will:

Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Have an impeccable standard of customer service
Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy front of house environment
Knowledge of switchboard systems and MS Office would be a distinct advantage
