Main duties and responsibilities:
Have a clear understanding and offer unbiased advise to customers relating to SLAs and advantages of using the MFD, Interactive Technologies and Software frameworks
Identify decision makers and develop strong customer relationships throughout the UK
Using customer contract renewal data build a pipeline of future sales opportunities
Convert customer quotations in to contracts
Work jointly with suppliers to achieve annual growth targets
Using available systems, capture and record accurately customers current contract supply details
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to and from education and corporate customers throughout the UK
