We have a vacancy for a Finance Admistrator ( to replace the current person who is leaving after 20 yrs
The position involves :
Processing rents and paying landlords.
Paying contractors invoices.
Dealing with lease renewals and terminations.
Dealing with rent increases.
Ensuring compliance with Gas Safety legislation.
Processing tenant deposits.
Completing HMRC reports on resident and overseas landlords.
and so much more !
The successful candidate:
Will have a tidy mind.
Will be numerate.
At ease with computer systems.
Happy to work under pressure.
Be a team player.
Only candidates with experience in finance will be considered.
