**PART-TIME & FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE**
CONTRACT START: 17TH JULY 2017.
CONTRACT END: SEPT / OCT 2017.
PART TIME HOURS:
Guaranteed Minimum contract of 16 hours per week.
May be required to flex up to 20 hours per week but notice will be given in advance.
7pm - 11pm 2 - 3 evenings Monday - Friday. 1 day over the weekend Saturday OR Sunday (Must be fully flexible) for 8 hours.
FULL TIME HOURS
30 Hours. You may be required to flex up to 37.5 Hours but notice will be given in advance.
You will need to be fully flexible across the opening hours of Monday – Friday 8.00am until 11pm and Saturday – Sunday 8.30am until 9pm.
This open plan and friendly contact centre are made up of teams of happy people who manage inbound calls, emails and live chat.
They are currently looking for team members to assist during the busy summer period!
You'll with be the first point of contact for customers and will deal with a variety of inbound calls each day.
The company do not believe in "pushy" sales or offering products that are not suitable so you will need to be able to take a genuine interest in the customer and build engagement and connections to establish their needs to suitable products.
If you would enjoy working in one of these teams you'd have an amazing opportunity working at the heart of an amazing business with some really bright and energetic people.
In order for you to be the best you can be the company have put together a 2-week induction programme to help you get the most out of your new role. This is FULL TIME for the first two weeks and you would then revert to PART TIME HOURS.

Retail Sales, telesales or customer service experience.
Confident telephone manner.
Customer focused with an empathetic & understanding approach
Language Skills are always beneficial but this is not essential but a nice to have :-)
