Our prestigious client requires an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their Tenterden office in a two month temporary contract starting ASAP.
Please note registrations for this role will be held at our office in Rochester.
The role will involve but not be limited to;
· Full secretarial support
· Audio transcription
· Submitting searches
· Typing/Correspondence and document work alongside the preparation of legal forms
· Diary management
· Handling telephone enquiries from clients and/or third parties
· Meeting and greeting clients
Knowledge of the following will be advantageous
• Land Registry Portal
• BigHand
• Oyez Forms
• Searchflow and/or Partner 4 Windows
•
The successful candidate must have excellent computer literacy and able to work under own initiative. Suitable candidates should also possess the ability to communicate at all levels.
Working Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
