Part-time Receptionist, West Malling

Your new role
As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all customers of this global clients Centre (office), with duties such as meeting and greeting and answering telephone calls. You will also be required to keep on top of and order materials to make sure the office is fully stocked at all times. You will be supporting the internal sales team meaning communication is key to ensure customer satisfaction. Travelling from one office to the next from time to time is also included in this role.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous Reception experience to be considered for this role. You will also have to be very presentable, professional and be able to promote the Brand at all times. You must hold a valid UK driving license, be a good communicator, excellent IT skills, diary management experience and good organisation skills.
