A leading accountancy practice are expanding their legal division and seek an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join them, covering clients in the Kent and London areas.
This is an established practice who have a highly successful Private Client team who service their Tax clients (predominantly business owners, HNW individuals etc.). They have recently expanded, leading to an increase in work along with keen plans for continued growth.
This opportunity would suit someone from private practice who is keen to face new challenges, and move in-house. It is imperative that this individual can work without supervision (although there is an excellent support network), has strong interpersonal skills (ideally with business development experience) and a strong technical knowledge in private client matters.
Work will include:
- Drafting wills
- Tax and Estate Planning
- Probate
You will be working closely with the tax team, and there is the opportunity to further professional qualifications.
To be considered, you will demonstrate the following:
- Be admitted to the role and have at least 4 years PQE
- Strong technical abilities
- A clear client focus with ability to develop professional relationships (internally and externally)
