Demelza Hospice Care for Children is a charity providing hospice services for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and support for their families across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.

We seek a Drivers Mate with excellent customer service skills and a ‘can do’ approach.

The main purpose of this role will be to assist the Distribution Driver with collections and deliveries of donated stock (mainly furniture) whilst delivering a high level of customer service and assisting with the moving of furniture loads within the shop at the request of the Shop Manager. Occasional driving will be required.

This role will involve working 3 days across the 7 days trading week.

You will have a full driving licence with no endorsements, be over the age of 21 (for insurance purposes) and have the knowledge and ability to properly undertake moving and handling duties with inconsistent loads.
