Demelza Hospice Care for Children is a charity providing hospice services for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and support for their families across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.

We seek an experienced van driver to undertake collections and deliveries of donated stock, which will be predominately furniture, from customers and donors.

You will have the ability to deliver high levels of customer service whilst acting as an excellent ambassador for Demelza.

Working with the Furniture Shop Manager you will ensure that effective distribution of stock is maintained. You will have the skills to enable you to maintain accurate record keeping and should be able to demonstrate your excellent communication skills.

You must have a flexible approach to working, with the ability to work on your own initiative.

You will have a full driving licence with no endorsements and be over the age of 21 (for insurance purposes). This role involves extensive moving and handling of inconsistent loads. This role will involve working over 3 days across the 7 day trading week.
