Ready for a fresh new role which will use your supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment?
If so this is a great "hands-on" role leading a team and managing the day to day operation of production equipment within the manufacturing department of an exciting and successful global organisation offering a competitive salary, opportunities for bonuses, and other outstanding benefits such as an excellent pension scheme and generous holiday allowance.

The team work to a three shift pattern with the option of overtime and you'll manage operations to manufacture products to specification, following safe operating procedures and liaising with the Production Manager where necessary. Your role will include relevant documentation of products, ensuring samples are submitted to a laboratory for analysis and ensuring results are collected quickly. In addition you'll be involved in investigation of any process failure investigations with Production and Quality Managers and make suggestions about any improvements needed.
