Customer Service Telephone Operator/Call Centre
Temp- With the review to be made Perm if Successful
Based in Beckenham/Bromley Area
Salary£9.50PH
Full time -9.00am-17.30pm
This role is 100% customer service call handling focused. Please only apply if you have call centre or strong customer service skills. The role is working for a very corporate finance client based in the local area.
ROLE -
- Handling of all incoming and outgoing communication by telephone and by email.
- Use the Clear appropriate tone of voice when dealing with Customers and their representatives.
- Update ensuring that full identification and verification checks have been completed where applicable.
- Completion of annual mandatory training to comply with FCA regulations.
- Resolution of complex enquiries by telephone if possible or referring enquiries to the appropriate area.
- Producing written explanations of queries for further investigation by the administration team.
- Identify and escalation of any complex / contentious calls to line manager.
- Support and assist management team and other team members / business areas as necessary.
Requirement-
- Call centre experience
- Clear Telephone manner
- Finance experience proffered
- Intimidate/Advanced IT skills
