Payroll Assistant
We are currently looking for an organised Payroll Assistant who works well as part of a team, to join a payroll team of 12 for a company based in Longfield on a temporary to permanent basis.

The role will include:
• Enter new starter details
• Forward all DL/ins/mot documents for starters and mid-year changes to DVLA
• Enter all variables including bonuses and commission to deadlines
• Calculate P/T holiday average
• Set up medical and dental benefit elements for new joiners and changes
• Send medical and Pension invitation letters
• Request GPP Pension illustrations
• Medical and dental benefit joiner/change communication
• Enter all personal changes
• Check leaver letter for accuracy and consistency with HR leaver form. Request leavers holiday card where required
• Ad Hoc Tasks where required

• Able to follow processes already in place
The candidate will need a basic knowledge of Payroll; full training on the company systems will be provided. This role is temporary to permanent role for the right candidate, with an ASAP start and interviews will be held within the next 2 weeks.
