Cleaning Trainer
Calibre Cleaning require a person to train and supervise cleaning staff, mostly during the evenings in Ashford, Maidstone and Canterbury, but with occasionale early mornings as required.
The ideal candidate will be available between 6pm and 8pm, Monday to Friday, and already have some knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, techniques and products.
You will be working alongside and training new and existing staff, at clients sites, to ensure that the following areas are covered:
Health & safety
Effective, economical use of cleaning products
Cleaning methods
Customer Service
Ideally with experience of training and motivating people, maybe in another industry, as well as practical hands on experience of cleaning processes.
This is a permanent position, and would suit someone who wants to utilise their skills outside of normal office working hours.
