This role will include a variety of general office duties including receptionist, hospitality, assisting the Operations Manager with ISO 9001:2015 procedures and requirements, to assist the business administrator as appropriate including processing orders. While working towards completing the level 2 apprenticeship in Business Administration.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Filing
- Shredding
- Typing
- Answering the phone
- Welcoming visitors and getting refreshments
- Data entry
- Processing orders
- Updating data bases
- Maintaining MSD (material safety data) Sheets
- Assisting with ISO 9001:2015 audit process
- Helping to maintain a tidy office environment
Working Week- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Total hours per week- 40.00

This Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business and Administration will consist of the following framework:
Level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration
Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT
Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
All of the training will take place within the workplace; however the apprentice may need to attend IPS International, Rochester for set exams and possible workshops throughout the apprenticeship.
