An opportunity has arisen to work with an iconic brand portfolio of products such as Hornby, Scalextric & Airfix, designing scale replica vehicles.
The successful candidate will be CAD literate and must have previous experience of PTC Creo (Pro Engineer). An aptitude towards fine detail in design, along with an understanding of the principles of injection mould tool design, with both solid and surface modelling experience would be an advantage.
The chosen individual will be a good team player who will be dedicated to designing scale replicas of some of the most inspiring and exciting vehicles on the road, rail, sea or air.
Our ideal candidate should be educated to Degree level in a suitable design or engineering discipline, although we are happy to receive applications from individuals who have served an engineering/toolmaking apprenticeship who have the relevant product design experience required for the post.
