Based in Crowborough, East Sussex, the business has expanded rapidly having recently launched a new subsidiary company.

Duties include:

*Promptly respond by phone / email to incoming enquiries from Financial Advisers.
*Discuss Advisers objectives and send out relevant Information packs for Advised / Report Only cases.
*Obtain agreement to fees and Terms and Conditions
*Request and review all necessary information.
*Identify any shortfalls in Client information and discuss with the Client / Adviser.
*Conduct research to identify suitable solutions to meet the client's needs.
*Complete analysis and produce reports considering current and future allocation of assets with regard to client risk profile.
*Check all compliance paperwork and internal sign off documents are present.
*Prepare Pension Report Only / Advised Recommendation Reports for sign off, ensuring any recommendations are in line with internal guidance / procedures and that all paperwork is in order.
*In accordance with Company procedures, submit paperwork when advice is taken up.
*Ensure appropriate data is accurately recorded / stored on Company back-office systems and updated in line with Company procedures.
*Understand, follow and comply fully with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business, including following the principles and guidelines of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and internal risk policies.
Requirements:

It is essential that you have previous experience of Defined Benefit Pensions, Final Salaried Pensions and ideally a G60 qualification.
