My client is an established, Globally trading, Manufacturing and Distribution company that pride themselves on being a multicultural employer.
They are based in Gravesend and are in need of a Polish speaking Customer Service Advisor to liaise with their Polish and UK based clients on a daily basis.
The successful candidate would join a long standing team of 5 and take ownership of client accounts, 40% of these accounts will be Polish and the 60% UK based. Daily duties will include:
* Telephone liaison with clients- solving customer queries
* Emailing clients and other departments to progress orders
* To support recover of overdue debt
* Inputting order onto SAP
* To build long standing relationships with clients
* Ensuring clients are satisfied with their service at point of delivery
* Supporting the team where necessary
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have the below qualifications and experience:
* To have worked within a similar Customer Service role
* To hold a relative degree or degree level qualification
* To be a fluent speaker in both Polish and English
