Meritum is a family run Kent based Care and Support agency providing a wide range of services from children to the elderly with over 30 years experience.
We have a large number of care positions in the Ashford, Maidstone and Folkestone areas with hours to suit you.
We provide our staff with the training and support to build a long and rewarding career in social care. Our induction programme will help build even the most inexperienced with the necessary tools to start in the care field.
• No Experience needed
• Opportunity to build a lasting career with regular or guaranteed hours
• On-going training to help you handle every situation combined with a supportive office team
• Clustered rounds to reduce travel time
Excellent rates of pay, benefits and conditions we recognise that to deliver the high quality of care that we provide we need the best and most well motivated carers.
• £9.50 to £12.70 per hour* includes travelling allowance
• Guaranteed and regular work
• Meritum Standards Bonus paid after 3 months
• mileage & holiday pay
• Flexible working hours
• Free uniform
• Must be able to drive and have use of a car
