Hays Construction & Property is working in partnership with one of the countries leading Facilities Management companies to identify an experienced, highly skilled and qualified Maintenance Plumber.

Having recently taken on additional contracts they need to expand their maintenance team within the Kent area.

You must be friendly, motivated, reliable and a hard-working individual, with a proven track record of working on similar projects within a similar industry sector. You will have extensive knowledge, experience and qualifications in plumbing maintenance.

You must have knowledge of working within the NHS and you must have a Valid DBS You must also have a full UK driving licence. The Plumbers will complete reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance across a variety of commercial and Domestic area's in the Kent region.

If you are a skilled and experienced Plumber with the ability and qualifications to complete all aspects of commercial reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance and you have a full valid UK driving licence then do not hesitate to apply to this role.
